Potty – Nanny (for Playgrounds for example).Marketstall – Vendor (max 4 can spawn when 4 Marketstalls are available).Piano – Entertainer (Piano) Only use Piano or Pipe Organ on one Lot.This let’s you individuell configure each Lot & possible Employee. Default is Disallow so after the Lot Trait is added you need to allow those you want to spawn. I added Options on the Doors, Arches & Gates to Allow/Disallow certain (professional) Employees.
Object of the same kind on the Lot (unless i wrote a max number below). Just one NPC of each kind gets spawned even if you have more than one This Lot Traits spawns NPC if certain Objects are places on the Lot.
The First one spawns “Professional” NPCs. There are two “Spawn Auto Employees” Lot Traits This Lot Trait let’s Barista, Bartender and more auto spawn
